We are so disappointed to have to share this news with everyone today, but unfortunately we received word over the weekend that due to rehearsals that can’t be rescheduled for an upcoming play with the National Theatre in London, Billie Piper has had to cancel her appearances at Oz Comic-Con Perth and Adelaide. We’re gutted by this news, as we’re sure many of you will be. We have done our best to replace her (we tried all the modern Doctors, Companions and other important characters, and all the old Doctors), but at such short notice, no one has been available to come. We’re still looking for other replacement guests, but at this time we feel refunding tickets is the only fair option for Whovian Experience ticket holders.

Anyone with a Whovian Experience ticket will be emailed directly to outline their options regarding refunds or other ticket exchanges. As we noted, while we’re extremely disappointed to have such bad news, we’re still doing our best to find replacement guests for both Perth and Adelaide, and we know everyone will still have a great time at the shows!
